The service
SocratesGPT is a tool that questions your ideas, plans, beliefs, and decisions to help you examine the assumptions behind them. It runs on AI models. Its questions and verdicts may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation.
Not professional advice
Nothing SocratesGPT says is legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking anything important with a qualified person.
Your account
Using SocratesGPT requires signing in with a ChatGPT Plus or Pro account. Your use also counts against your ChatGPT plan and is subject to OpenAI’s terms and usage policies. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in.
Acceptable use
Don’t use SocratesGPT to break the law, harm others, violate OpenAI’s usage policies, interfere with or attack the service, or try to extract other users’ data.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or end it at any time, and may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SocratesGPT and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using SocratesGPT after a change, you accept the updated terms.
